IMPORTANT TO DEVELOPERS: hi, since 1.31 came out, i have detected brand new soviet assets because the new DLC that will come, im sure they will help creating Ukraine, for example the block of flats in the balt category which is very detailed, some more buildings, new road textures which are buggy for now, and also the border crossings.

and also the border crossings.
Please, don't use them in Ukraine, it would be very fake to see it. Like having the Eiffel Tower in Berlin. Ukraine already feels too fake from what it's shows on Google maps. The same I can said about most parts of Finland (Rovaniemi feels more like some French town) which still stuck in some early ETS2 mappings. I'm glad SCS will rebuilt some of those old areas. :) Maybe we will see Ukraine rebuilt in 2.31 as well.
The soviet era flats would fit there perfectly

Polski Fiat 126 doesn't fit in Ukraine. You could use some car models from russian part of ProMods, since it have some Soviet cars IIRC (Blue Moskvitch for example) or some models from jazzycat traffic packs (changeable, users would need to have that pack).
I haven't been able to find Russian car models yet, but perhaps I've been overlooking them. Kovel is not far from the Polish border though, so would a Polish car really be out of place?

Also one thing I have noticed is that Ukraine have looooots of yellow-blue painted things from crash barriers , fences, railway bridge metall parts up to some buildings like hotels or autoservices. One problem that makes things a bit diffirent is that you have to use all (or most) of letters on those buildings and billboards in Ukrainian, so it would be more complicated than just copy-paste some models from the RusMap.
Do you have some pictures of yellow-blue painted things? I could use them as inspiration. If Ukrainians are really that proud of their yellow-blue colors, I could add some more, or even do simple things like picking a blue railing instead of a red one.

Do they use a lot of flags?

What new Ukrainian cities will be in 2.3?
We're currently only developing Kovel. Can't promise it'll make it to 2.3. But you should not count on any more cities. It's either Kovel or nothing in 2.3

are you planning on connecting Russia to Moldova or Romania in the near future? Thank you.
Considering Ukraine is HUUUUUUGE, a connection like that will be a long-term plan and will not be completed in near future.

Personally the most logical step now is to connect Kovel to Uzzhorod and Mukacheve, via Lviv.
Im half ukranian, and they dont using them sooo much

Ukrainians use a lot of national flags in comparison with the countries of the European Union. In my opinion, there are many more than, for example, in Poland.

In the Czech Republic there are hundreds of czech flags around highways. Well but it is not patriotism like it might look. The reason is a bit different (Czechs will surely know! :D).

I was so confused when I was visiting my relatives last autumn and saw all these czech flags instead of advertisements on the billboards. So I immediately searched for the reason and it's definitely a good one. :)

Will you add city limits signs and oblast limit signs?
Here's some examples: one (oblast limit sign, however it can be less complicated just blue sign with "Welcome to X oblast" text), two (Kyiv stele).
City limit signs are similar to Russian and Lithuanian ones.

So ProMods Ukraine is a Go again ? Interesting to hear !

(I'd also recommend rebuilding on the interconnecting roads, so we don't end up with odd feelings like passing SCS Britain towards ProMods Ireland...)
