not getting access to the download

I have paid twice for the download and i am not getting access to it could someone from your team look into this please and get back to me the money isn't really a problem i would just like the easier method ,i did try the long one after paying butg the last file seemed to be broken or something as it did not work right ,thank you , i am sorry for post this here but i didn't know wherre to do so.

The download link is sent to the e-mail account which you registered with PayPal. Check that inbox and the associated junk email folder.

If you really can't find it, contact [email protected] with your transaction number.

Sorry it was my fault paypal had my old email as my primary contact address i have now changed that to my current one ,thank you for replying and sorry to have troubled you .
