Thats a fact! However with the A13 from Amsterdam, sould be quicker to enter Rotterdam, than drive arround it on the A4, but i notice the space te be needed.
And i think would also be nice to rebuild Schiphol as an functional place too? If thay make Utrecht as a scerery city isn.t that bad at all, because if you look at Amersfoort, thats also a scenery and close to Amsterdam aswell! So that would be asome if the black space in de middle of the netherlands will disapere.
They could make the A9 too, so they can build the Ikea next to it!

Although your suggestions all sound very nice and I'd love it all to be possible in the game, with the 1:19 scale I'm afraid nothing of it will fit in the map

I have also suggestions for the rebuild of the A9 nearby Ijmuiden: Just build it towards a new city, (if there is room for it) to Alkmaar where you can also build the A8 from the A10 North, with a new point (Zaandam) of the A7! And maybe a city on the east coast, Hoorn? That will also improves the surroundings on the A7.
Only if this is posseble! But with a new created A10 maybe?

It might look like it'll fit on a map, but you have to take into account the in-game scenery. As ScuL has already said there isn't any room.
