I believe the barrier there could find a bit more appropriate place.
It's road #3 which leads northwards from Duisburg.

The road allows me to make a turn and drive through to the very barrier (marked red) which is not that difficult to avoid (I know it's a bit crazy to seek such small things on the map but nonetheless I decided to make a report).
