"Reconstruction..." the A1 isn't even in the game. (I really don't know how could SCS skip that one. I think it's okay to leave out some motorways in favour of regional roads to have a bit diversity but skipping a country's probably most important and busiest motorway... really? )

The A1 is in the SCS map !!
But as a simple road like the A29 (between A1 - A26)

Well, the A1 is in the vanilla map, but it's a scenery road. The only section is the bridge over D1029, the road that connects to the A26.

The actual road in the game is the old N1, mostly D1017.

Mandelsoft have done some lights especialy for Toulouse, and I have succeeded to do real background of City from Google Earth
