Okay, it's a bit forced by me, because I know that water is a flat surface so I left the parking, got to the beach and then onto water. Anyway, maybe you can place something, so only people can enter the beach (and water)? Driving on the water will probably make you fall down into void if too far

I don't think this can be blocked off without ruining the esthetics of the area. If people don't know not to drive their trucks into a lake, then I don't think there's much we can do to help.
