Oh, that was easy. Is it possible to make the map editor only load promods when there are more map mods in the mod folder?

Hello everyone :)
In the beginning sorry for my language mistakes ;) (and for the long post)

First of all i have to mention that I'm not trying to make a serious map. I'm just trying to learn and understand features of the map editor and how things work.
Due to that i have some questions. If they were posted before then my bad - I couldn't find them somehow.

- Is it possible to shape/sculpt/morph terrain? I know there is bezier patch tool but that's not what i mean.
- I'd like to add sidewalk. I mean "external", not connected to the road. I found only thing like "fr sidewalk road tmpl" and "*Road sidewalk scan temp" in road section (but they had only road textures available). I also found things like "road edge" but I don't know how to put them on the map, but as i seen on the preview image it's also not what I'm looking for.
- Can I somehow lock objects placed on the map to prevent them from accidental moving?
- I put model on the map (car model placed on the road) but the thing is I just can ride thru it. Also it's not visible for AI traffic. In model properties there's no such a thing like "collision/no collision". Can I change that?
- Can I change terrain shape scale in road properties? I mean keep the shape profile but change only scale of it.
- I've notice that time (sun cycle) still running in the editor. Can I stop the time?

when I create roads or any other item in the map editor I can't see them. I can see the little car that is there when you first create the map, but when I draw a road or terrain, I just see the dots representing the nodes. How can I see the actual road?
I think I had this issue before on another computer, but I figured it out eventually. if i did have that issue before, I don't remember how to solve it.
kinda annoying, since when I saw tutorials on how to use the map editor, they could draw a road or create any other item just fine and everything would work.

does anyone know how to add sidewalks/curbs to prefabs?

There is a drop-down menu (prefab corners), but your screen resolution is too small to show the entire properties window.

Can someone show me how to make other textures of terrain my main option of terrain instead of dirt.mat?
For example, I want grass_ger_main_nograss.mat as my main option of terrain.

You have to choose it from the dropdown menu and click "Set as default' at the bottom.
Then every new object of the same type should have this texture chosen.
