Is there a reason why Århus (denmark) isn't in this verson off your mod?

It is correct that there is no Aarhus, since Aarhus was not in the DLC (Basically, ProMods 1.95 = ProMods 1.91 with the overlapping areas of the Scandinavia DLC removed). A completely new Aarhus will return in ProMods 2.0.
