Why are the roundabouts so small in the eastern parts of Scandinavia, so small there is no chance in hell to pass them without damage? Especially in Finland and Estonia...

1. Go very slow
2. Keep your tractor as close to the outside edge as possible

It is perfectly possible to circumnavigate them without the trailer's tires running up the sloped curb, at least with normal length trailers. In the case of extra long trailers, drive even slower to prevent damage.

Don't use American Trucks, because they aren't allowed for good reasons - the length and like mister n4gix said, try avoid using long trailers or try to plan your route and make detours if possible

No problems here using european trucks

Improve your driving..

Although i have noticed that Estonian roads are quite narrow in ProMods (it may just seem so, but for instance the N2 is alot wider in RL). Small roundabouts can be found everywhere, takes practice to master that art...

Anyway enable developer mode and use freecam to fly around
Quite easy to see how close you actually should be to the curb
Not cheating it's like stepping out to check surroundings to avoid damage

Roundabouts are usually built for traffic calming purposes (and for traffic flow in some cases). Don't expect to drive fast across them. Take it slow and manoeuver the roundabout carefully...

In Australia we are getting more and more 'semi mountable' roundabouts. They are built with round profile kerbing and a low profile so that trucks and buses can easily roll over them without damage (to either vehicle or roundabout). In tighter streets (around towns) these are so low that heavy vehicles can drive straight over them allowing the intersection to take up less space. You still have to be careful and slow down and if they are hit too fast or no care is given damage will occur but given the idea of a roundabout is to keep traffic flowing having semi mountable roundabouts with a high volume of trucks is essential. We've been using them for more than 20 years here and I was lead to believe it was a European thing but going by what I see on ETS it doesn't seem to be the case.
