when io try enter hanover, the trafficlight aint working, and when i pass them, my game crashes too desktop.

Please reply with the full contents of your game.log.txt file (usually located in C:\Users\*user*\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2 or similar depending on your OS) pasted between the Code tags. If the file is too large, we advise you upload it to http://pastebin.com/, and post the link to it here.
Map coordinates and/or screenshot of the location would be helpful too.

Then we can analyse your problem and hopefully find a solution!

Just to aid this topic, I have the same issue in Hanover. I had co-ords but the photo and file were mistakenly deleted (thanks to some software I'm having dramas with).

There's a known problem with some prefabs used throughout the map eg missing traffic lights, AI disappears
But for the CTD we really need the game log
