It don't give to me any information to help you...

paste all your GAME.LOG to paste.bin website...

Check if you have both DLCs - DLC Going North and Going East, because connection with Hungary and Slovenia makes the ProMods to require both DLC....

Check your mods, Mod Manager can show you if it is outdated or not....Maybe your mods can cause the problem, so try to use only ProMods 1.96 and enable your mods one by one...

i tried to access it on my laptop and i cant get into it

Give a list of mods and DLCs you have....Maybe your mods aren't compatible or you don't have one of the DLCs....Try to access it by "Run as Administrator", may be it'll help...

i have got both of the DLCs needed to run the new promods

Try make a Profile which have only ProMods 1.96! are activated with both DLCs and check if it don't crash

If it is still happening, check if you downloaded ProMods 1.96 def and 7 ProMods 1.96 files....

Check if everything is for 1.96, because even older def file can cause a huge pain to you...CRASH!
