Sorry, but I'll be honest. You haven't made any contribution to any map releases at all, you are posting your questions to wrong topics, and in the end, you cannot become a beta-tester, not even talking about becoming a moderator or developer, by asking this question.
No, you just won't become a beta-tester, nor any other member of the team. Deal with it.

I am not sure about topic desuctions - I have no idea what it is.

Either discussions or destructions - pick the most appropriate ;).

The forum rank can only be changed by the administrators. This means that our moderators, developers and beta-testers are all selected by the site staff.

With that being said, the most important thing that a beta tester should know is:

1. How to report bugs properly
2. How the game basically works from an end-users perspective
3. How to work with the console
4. How to stress-test our map when hunting for bugs
5. Proper English to describe the problem

And currently, you don't qualify to fulfill this role. A long time member or a lot of posts do not make you more qualified to be a beta tester; it's about what you are capable of and what you already contributed in the past. In other words, you have to convince us that you are qualified for that function.

And honestly, with these kind of obvious questions, I'm getting less and less convinced...

Proper capitalisation, grammar and interpunction already helps greatly to gain respect. Even I can do it, as a non-native English speaker.
It also helps if you try to find the answer yourself first before asking questions at a whim. Frequent questioning gets annoying pretty quickly...

It really isn't a matter of liking or disliking people. If it was then half of the forum would (or wouldn't) be beta testers or moderators.
