Hey all,

I have downloaded the multipart numerous times, and I have even opened them all with 7zip. They open and extract fine.

The issue I am having is when I attempt to run the exe to actually extract the files into the complete mod, I get an error reading

1. C:\Users\XXX\Downloads\\pm\promods-v197.exe
Cannot open the file as [7z] archive
is not archive

I have even opened the exe with 7zip and extracted it's content to verify it is not corrupted.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong here. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

N

After downloading just run .exe and archives automatically unpacking.

That is exactly what I have done. I even, after several failures with this error, opened all of the 4 other zip files with 7z and then attempted to run the exe with the same error again.

The issue is that when I do run the exe I get the error I typed out there.

Thank you all the same for your reply, but, yes, I did attempt to do just that.

Try to run the .exe as Administrator.

I've had this issue before.

If you have all the other files downloaded, then make a folder just for them (this is what I did). Then use the .exe file and extract the files to that folder and it should work fine ;)

I think this works.

Make sure the .exe is in the same folder as the .001 .002 .003 and .004 files.

I found the solution. It was my own fault. I had downloaded 191 as well as 197. I originally could not get the 197 to work, so I tried 191, apparently I dropped the 191 parts in with the 197.exe and obviously, it was not going to work. Once I moved those out & put the 197 parts in, all was well.

Sorry for the late reply, but at hopefully someone will get a laugh out of my stupid moment, as much as I did.
