So people with rusmap keeep complaining that no damage doesn't work for them, so I am here to propose a solution.
The problem is, rusmap needs a fix patch for promods. The only thing in this patch is (1) ferries (2) an edited gamedata.sii... Now, this .sii file is why stuff like no damage don't work, because the rusmap fix gamedata.sii loads after the promods gamedata.sii
So here is my suggestion. In promods def generator, add an option for "rusmap fix" basically merge the rusmap fix stuff into the promods def folder. And than make the user put promods def at the top of the mod manager. This lets users be compatible with rusmap AND keep their customizations from the promods def generator.

The only real difference that I found in the RusMap "fix" are the coordinate positions for the combined maps to adjust the background map image.
I solved the problem for myself by creating my own "mod" that has only my own custom game_data.sii file...

Great! Maybe publicize this change somewhere? Tell users they don't need "ProMods + RusMap FIX.scs" anymore. And they can now put promods def at the top of Mod manager so it loads last.
