[Fixed] [1.98] Subartic weather error

Dear developers.

I just saw an error from my log about the subartic bad weather files in the def scs.

It didn't crash my game yet.

Promods def scs is the only file who have that folder so it don't come from any other mods.

Look for it ASAP so I could be in peace (I don't like to see error)

We have found the issue: there is a conflict in item names in "/def/climate/icelandic/bad.sii". All item name entries with "subarctic" in that file should've been "icelandic". We have fixed this on our end...

So, generating a new DEF file will fix the problem?
