It's a default vehicle from the base game.
It seems that something in your mod configuration is blocking it from being able to spawn on the map.

Then take up the issue with DB Creations.
Either DB Creations altered the prefabs or they changed the semaphore profiles in a manner that is not compatible with ProMods.
With only ProMods installed, the traffic signals face the correct direction.

Those changes to the lights and crossing sounds are changes by SCS Software, not ProMods. The changes for the yellow/amber light can be fixed by making replacement models with a different light hookup for that lamp. For the sounds, you might be better off looking into mods provided by other communit...

Try removing "Mammoet Next Gen Scania Skin Plus Trailer Skin" from your active mod list. Looking at the Steam Workshop page for this item, there are skins made for the escort vans in this mod. It might not be updated properly to account for the new variants of the Transport T6 van that SCS...

As this is a SCS standard prefab, this is more of a SCS bug than a ProMods one.

I think I might have figured out what mod is causing the issue? Try removing "Real_Traffic_Density_compatibility_Addon_for_Improved_Trains_v3.7.3_ATS_1.40.scs" and see if the missing road look errors return. The mod file is for version 1.40 of the game, not 1.41. The 1.41 update of the gam...

I believe Reforma also modifies the loading screen information.
If it is loading last, then it is overriding the changes that ProMods did to the loading screen.
I recall seeing a post around here somewhere asking about making a patch to override Reforma's changes to the loading screen.
