This isn't the only prefab that does this. It seems that almost all of the custom merge prefabs exhibit this behavior. FLD and ProMods will have to review why this occurs.

One of the devs noted that some of their traffic lights were missing the hookups for the flashing yellow light in another bug report thread. The signals do return to normal operations at 3am, as I've been in that city after that time on some deliveries. :)

Regarding the traffic lights, check the time of day. Between 23:30 and 3:00, some traffic lights will not be running on their normal cycles. In several cases, the traffic light models that ProMods has created seem to be missing the hookup for the flashing yellow light that SCS's traffic light models...

There is a scenery road overpass on the A4 in Poland that shows on the map as being discoverable when there is no way for the player to reach it under normal circumstances.

It functions as rest area and nothing else. Also, the two company prefabs are still not valid companies. They still lack the company...

Check the time of the day that it is ingame. If it is between 23:30 and 3:00, some stoplights go into a flash state and blink yellow in all directions. I remember reporting the turned signs previously. I guess they got overlooked or something, even though my original post about them got moved to "Fixed Bugs".
