It was a locomotive from Chris 45 trailer pack. It didn't seem to be excessively long either, I've certainly had longer trailers before. I'm at work now, I'll post a pic when I get home.

Would it be possible to move the ferry spawn point at Dublin. I had a long heavy haul trailer with steerable axles and when I arrived at Dublin, it spawned into the nearby building, wrecking my load.

I've had exactly the same problem in La Rochelle in France on the crossing near the fuel station so it's not only Poland and Russia. I do have RusMap installed though
