I have no idea if there should be a road number. Coming from the other side, there is a different sign template used. Abraxas?

IRL these signs look exactly like that. At least on Google Street view. I expected someone will report it is as a bug

Maybe you should hand in a bug report over at the developers of Real Life. Maybe they come up with a bug fix version in 8 years
