The barrier across the road can be driven around both ends. Also, the road beyond should be set to not be on the map and to not be discoverable.

I don't see the issue with the dead end barrier. It's meant to signify that the road it is on does not lead anywhere, not to physically stop you from accessing that road. I reported the road incorrectly being on the map during the betas but the bug was overlooked; I have reassigned it so it should be fixed soon. Thank you for your reminder!

This road shouldn't be on the gps as it is blocked off by a barrier:
