The road segment is under the parking area. You won't be able to get to it. That segment should probably be set to not show on the map.

The parking area consists mainly of a plaza model, so won't show on the UI map like a road or prefab.

So, the road should not be visible and a parking area visible for example

Fixed so underlying road section doesn't show on UI map.
