Please, remove them, or make them sing quieter. I use Frosty mod, -7C in outside, 21:01, and here they are - a birds.
Ridiculous !

Enlevez des oiseaux de Pologne, s'il vous plait. Ils chantent trop haute. Meme dans la nuit. C'est tres ridicule !

In some locations it's frogs singing, not birds (which is even more unlikely in winter - they hibernate)
I think you can remove some sound files in the def folder if you do not want them

Def folder, you mean core game folder that packed in base.scs ? I play without unpacking it, just lazy to do this. Too many "garbage" files and folders after it's unpacked... Okay, will se.

Must to say it's aesthetical pleasure driving through Poland, ex-Poland Rebuilding. Awesom work.

No sound folder in the def part
ogg. files are elsewhere (media folder ?) and it is locked
Maybe you can ask your winter mod author to include winter sound ?
If they are in the mod then it should load after the maps to overwrite sounds

promods-media-v201.scs I would guess. But that's locked.
I guess you would need a mod that overwrites the sound files.

The Sound Fixes Pack does reduce some of the bird sounds in Poland so that you would only hear them outside.
