I have a question. Why is Satu Mare on the Compatibility List?
The map doesn't have it.
Playing PM since 2015. Why? Because I like this mod. A bit laggy, but very well made.
Favorite truck brand: DAF.

It's there from version 2.0, but there is no Satu Mare in game

Satu Mare is in the game, the city definition is missing

You most probably confused it with Baia Mare.
ETS2 HQ: Balvi (LV)
ETS2 truck license plate: NI-7211
ATS HQ: San Francisko (California)
ATS truck license plate: VP96851

Nah. I know where is Baia Mare and where should be Satu Mare.
