Of course! How could I mistake which side of the Britannia Bridge it was! I remember passing that sign when going to Newborough now! So the mistake is on the real sign, which I also remember angering me, but hey, it's accurate to real life then!ScuL wrote:Ehm, no.
This is the sign before the bridge:

Hi. Great job adding Orkney.
I was wondering if you had any plans to add the Shetland Islands, which is further north of Orkney.
It would be pretty cool. I live there currently and was very pleasantly surprised to see you had added Orkney. If you would like assistance in regards to landmark and layout feel free to get in touch and I can help any way I can.
For example it would be accessed via Aberdeen or Orkney, similar to real life as things currently stand.
Thanks for the continued updates.
Edit: Having read some replies and noticed this is somewhat of a controversial topic. I don't want to upset anyone.
I will ask the current state of development of the Isles if any. Okay if not. I realise there are more important places to be included. But construction and deliveries are in abundance on the Isles, especially with the Oil terminal on the north of the Island (and airport just before it) providing incentive to drive from the Capital (Lerwick, south) to the north.

Hi, and thanks! Yep, I plan to add the Shetland Isles at some point in the future. I had that in mind when I built the Orkneys, hence the ferry at Kirkwall
Google Maps is the developers friend, which we constantly use as a reference point for our work, so we can try to make everything as close as possible to real-life
At the moment I'm focusing on building new areas on mainland Scotland (currently the A90 north from Aberdeen), and upgrading some of the older parts too.
So there will be plenty of new stuff to look forward to!

*Reads North from Aberdeen....Eyes light up!!*
Thank you so much cashtime for remembering that the world does exist north of aberdeen!
Don't suppose you could reveal where you're thinking of adding? My guess would be Peterhead and/or Fraserburgh and maybe Ellon, but I can't see there being enough room.
Just ask if you want any info from a local.

I would love to see Ellon added even as a scenic town as that is my home town.
