Profanity in ProMods - Poland area

I recently installed ProMods 2.16 and began driving in Poland. Near Warsaw, I noticed this beautiful stadium. Right next to it, under the bridge, though, was graffiti'd 2 words I didn't expect to see. Does anyone know if this was done by ProMods or by Poland Rebuilding team? Makes me wonder if there was a story behind it.

I'm personally not much for profanity, but I respect creative freedom and all that.

It's only showing how is in Poland. It's very common to write things like that on walls.

I think you can find 4 of them in Poland and I wasn't really happy after discovering it but let's say it's quite realistic...

Thank you! I support that 100%. Even if it is realistic, some things I think are better not to bring into the game.
