We usually recommend the 'recommended specs' for using our mod.
SCS recommends 6 GB of RAM. You can run it on 4GB too. But you may encounter some performance issues in large cities or other places on the map.

I would still recommended 8 GB of RAM. 8 GB is nowadays mostly requiered for games, 4 GB is for office Work. If you have the opportunity to upgrade then you should do it.
