Hi, ProMods team! @MandelSoft , @realdeal350 and others!
I'm portuguese and I know a lot about our highways. One of the ones I love the most is A23 (from Portugal) which connects to Castelo Branco, Covilhã and Guarda. I saw in your WIP that you're going to add Guarda into the map when you reach Portugal. Well, I think A23 is a must-have, but who am I to guide your work.
Well, I will just leave here some landscapes from the road and hope you introduce it when you get to Portugal

They simply said something like Spain/Portugal is "not their priority and they will be covering another regions one more time". Cant really remember the exact words but something like that. How do they think spanish/portuguese will feel with this kind of early and non-sensical annoucement? I can speak for many of us, and the word is dissappointment. There was no reason to say that at this point when Baltics are not even released.
Of course its their game and they can do with it whatever they can, but if at this stage there are absolutely no plans to develop anything of Iberia (at least in the next 2 years) that can make many people think that they dont care about us at all. And that fact is becoming sadly true.
Why not finishing western Europe? Geographically speaking, Iberian region is massive and very diverse (one of the most climatic diverse of the whole Europe) and would give us tons and tons of kilometers to drive. You could drive from northern Portugal/Galicia (in climatic terms similar to Ireland/UK) all the way to South east Spain Almería/Murcia, for example. There the climate is almost semi desertic, pretty much like New México in ATS.
Not to mention the scale of the economy, which is also one the biggest in Europe after Germany, France and UK. But hell no, wont happen.

Patience, eventually it will come. I live in Málaga and I'd love to see how it's going to be portrayed in the game, if the wait means that in two years there will be even a bigger team to create this region I'm happy with that.
Speaking of the streaming, the way he said "We're not going South... WEST" made me think about the Balcans for the next DLC, I'm not sure

The problem with the Iberian Peninsula is that it is a big territory and it is necessary a great deal of time to build him but there are so many mountains, complex heat exchangers, full of roads, what returns the magnificent landscape. I think that it could be a lack of motivation from them to realize his besides southwest of France with Pyrenees. Besides, Promods realizes an incredible work in the Iberian Peninsula and even if SCS software decides to make a DLC over there, he will be Unfortunately never at the level of Promods that is on roads, panels or even the environment (Contrary to France where France of Kutchek had a bad environment with regard to SCS), It would be largements lower than Promods. It is frustrating all the same for you but SCS can always have a change of mind. It will be necessary to wait when it's ready.
I sees so as Andranik26 a DLC Balkan with steps everything, just the countries of the north with a little in south. It is to connect more with a zone of the map of base otherwise I sees not.
Hello, yes shall be one good one idea to include this highway to have a main line Lisboa-Guarda. After the map WIP is not realized by its developers but by me by inspiring me strongly of everything what is said here and of my own information. Things can change what he will have but it is not likely (just addition of certain city). I think that it is good to put this road and thank you for your contribution.NewCoolMapper wrote: ↑24 Jun 2018 01:05Hi, ProMods team! @MandelSoft , @realdeal350 and others!

That SCS's announcement made me a little bit unhappy. But you know, first they will try to reach the countries that don't need to pass through DLC's, which is not the case for Iberia, because you would need Vive La France DLC to access Iberia or another thing (like by train, boat, etc). That's what you already discussed. But for everyone from Iberia, remember we will have even a more beautiful peninsula when ProMods releases it, and they're already working on this project! We just need to be patient

They'll get released in 2.30. Now, I'm guessing your next question will be "When?". My answer is "it's ready when it's ready".

Patience is the key here. Promods is not like the other map mods. There is detail involved. I think, if people just want to rush Iberia and do it fast, there are some maps that already contain Iberia. Why not play those instead if you want a rushed and not detailed version of Iberia?CptCaribbean wrote: ↑24 Jun 2018 14:16They'll get released in 2.30.
