and? you did a new economy reset?
if it still crash after the reset, new gamelog please.

never mix SP and MP profiles. you must make a new profile for SP only.

is this ets2-telemetry-server up to date, or an old version?
i have no knowleg with MP, but i know that in the past the game crashed because of this telemetry app.
remove / disable this app.
next what you can do is, make a integrity check of the game at Steam.
