Just installed the newest version of promods and it works completely fine in SP, but when i start it in MP it says i have missing files.
The attachment below shows what my mod folder looks like.
ProMods works in singleplayer, but not multiplayer.

Thanks for the reply! Every time i donwload the DEF, it just downloads as a .zip file. Is there any possible way to make it an .scs file? If this is the problem, i still dont understand why it would work in SP but not MP.

Because SP doesn't care about mod extensions, it will load .SCS or .ZIP
MP does care because it checks the filename in the TMP client.
You need to either
A) rename the file (disabling hiding of Windows file extensions to do so), so that it's indeed an SCS file
B) reconfigure your browsers's MIME settings and regenerate the def file, correctly as an SCS file
C) try a different browser to generate the def file
