You have another mod overwriting a sector in that area. Check if you are using YKSRSK and the RC between them.
Probably you have an old not corrected one in your profile!

The current ferry connection to southern region is from smardan and Braila, and is not realistic as ferry connection (it’s a river crossing). Therefore I created a proper ferry connection from Varna, using a actual ferry created by SCS:

Need a small fix now to work properly promod 2.46. The location of the truck is incorrect on arrival in Varna and may be damaged.

here you go. The only issue I found (same with other ferry's to Southern Region is that the GPS will not use the ferry route somehow. This mod works with Promods 1.46 and Southern Region Map 8.0
Edit: fixed the ferry not show up in the GPS:

Is someone going to release an english names updated addon for 8.0? The updated 8.0 post shows an english names addon, but it's for 7.9.0 and obviously out of date?

I assume the ferry fix for 8.0 completely replaces the ferry fix for 7.9?

The ferry fix completely replaces the ferry fix for 7.9. I also fixed the issue that the ferry not showing up in the gps routes (this issue is caused by Southern Region and probably will resolved by them in the future as well). See for link 2 posts up.
