[Fixed] [#23189] [2.46] Gothenburg, garbled sign

Hi guys,

Sorry if this was reported before, I checked, including advanced search, but found nothing like this.
Anyway, I found this weird-looking sign in Gothenburg, Sweden. The only other mod I have other than ProMods and Promods: Middle East is "More AI Car Colors" from the Steam Workshop, which I highly doubt will cause something like this.

I confirm this, there are two different signs placed here in exact same spot, one with green background, and one with blue, and the background also visually flicker between green/blue as you move past.
