Falling trough the map

I am driving a load south form Riga and i am fallig troug the road! i cant get past this!
On this intersection you see on the picture is where i fall trough the map!
When i use 0 and fly on the road the game crashes.

Pleas helt kinda frustrating if i have to start all over!

I can't confirm this bug and I see you are mentioning some other mods like Southern Region and RusMap.
So this is not a bug.
