On ETS2 i only see 1.35

What i mean is. update from 1.35 to 1.38 or 1.39
Then i like to know how i can open gate by toll in france
The only mods i use is, not show end road.
About tollgate in france, are there a mod there delete all toll gate in france or to all tollgate
The last i want to know is, i get dll France and Italy as a download file, and like to know if i can get the same with black sea and baltic

1.39 is still in beta and not compatible with ProMods 2.50
