I found a way to temporarily fix the red texture at the Malmo tollbooths.
I created a .tobj file and placed it in " material/terrain/..... and named it pebble_stones_4.tobj instead of the pebble_stones_4_512.tobj. I do not know how it worked, but I believe SCS left out some texture files or misnamed them.
just extract the base.scs folder to ETS2 Game firectory with SCS Extractor.
Then once that is done
Create a "base" folder
In that folder create a folder called "material"
then in "material" create a folder called "terrain"
then go to ETS2 game folder and go to the extracted material/terrain/ and copy the pebble_stones_4_512.tobj and copy it to base/material/terrain/ folder
Then rename the copied file "pebble_stones_4.tobj
You should have in your base folder: base/material/terrain/
pebble_stones_4.tobj
Last
open your base folder then right-click material and using WINRAR add to archive and I name it Malmo_Texture_Fix_139.scs or whatever you want to name it. Make sure you name it as an .scs file extension
Then put the compress .scs file in
Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod folder then run the game and enable it in the Mod Manager, then you should be good to go.
