It's been a while since I last played with RusMap (V2.0), but I did go through the long process of re-saving every DDS file in model and model2 with mipmaps (since I can't work out what's appearing in black in-game to the actual file).

It's mostly the really old models that have dds without mipmaps.

I've uploaded my copy for sharing, so it may help fellow Linux (and Mac) truckers. You may have to add new DDS files in for new models since V2, if they don't have mipmaps.

From what I've contacted Sergey he was keen on taking a look at it, I myself couldn't bother enough to correct this. I would recommend you dming Sergey here on the Promods forums and sending him the files. Btw I would put it on google drive or any other service that's not promods so there is no drama about you being able to get money off RusMap models.

since Rusmap 2.2.1 is compatible with Promod 2.51, I wonder if the Rusmap 2.2.2 version will come out at all

Now I'm confused...Some say RusMap 2.2.1 is not compatible with the newest ProMods release, you say that it is comptaible...

RusMap works fine in 1.39 but you need a road connection.

Currently, you could use the promods 2.50 and Rusmap 2.2.1 connection to play these two maps.
