ETS2 Promods server down

Hey, just wondering, do ETS server's go down at specific times for maintenance? As can be seen in the screenshot attached. I just got everything working for Promods and while on the server, 3 minutes later it goes offline and my connection is fine (I am watching netflix at the same time). Is there somewhere I can see if the server is under maintenance or why the server goes down.
