Rusmap_2.4.2 requires Iberia DLC to work.
And the second reason is the wrong location of the files. In the previous one, I posted screenshots of the CORRECT location of mods in the manager.

In the connector 'PM257_RM2.4.2_connect_vProMods.scs' I do not use sectors with St. Petersburg, it is for this reason that the location of the file 'RusMap-map_v2.4.2' ABOVE the Promods files is extremely important. Otherwise, there will be gaps in the map.

И вторая причина в неверном расположении файлов На предыдущей я размещал скриншоты ПРАВИЛЬНОГО расположения модов в менеджере.
Поясню почему именно так.
В коннекторе "PM257_RM2.4.2_connect_vProMods.scs" я не использую сектора с Санкт-Петербургом, именно по этой причине крайне важно расположение файла "RusMap-map_v2.4.2" ВЫШЕ файлов Промодс. В противном случае будут разрывы на карте.
