Driving to Dziwnówek from the west there is exit town sign instead of entry one.

Having passed a rectangular part in Dziwnówek, speed limit became 70 km/h though I'm still in the town.

I can confirm these bugs and it's reported in internal bugtracking system with these cases #32716 and #32717.

Anyway please one bug per seperate topic in future bug reports.
