From what we read in the description, it seems an alternative version of the RusMap.

It's not just an alternative, it's a stolen mod of the RusMap AND SZM, if you want to respect the original mods, I may recommend not to download it

Yes and we don't support mods which use stolen content from other mods so this topic is now locked.
