I found the issue: Project Balkans is incompatible with ProMods. North Map, Swedish Islands and Project Greenland cause conflicts with ProMods too.

North Map 1.8 is not compatible with promods and breaks roads everywhere, if the Balkans break roads, then check the load order...

It seems that N-Macedonia Rework and Project Balkans don't work well together. Using either works fine with PM, but when you put all three together in a combo there's broken roads. I reported this earlier via the SCS forum at https://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php ... 2#p1708052

Earlier versions did all work together. Hard to say if this breakage is due to PM changes, NM changes, or PB changes.

I did some more investigation on this, and found that the culprit is actually the Macedonia Rework. I checked by only loading PM+Macedonia, and the roads were broken even without Balkans installed.

My apologies for raising this issue in the wrong forum, I'll now report it in Macedonia Rework

I noticed, as soon as I put the balkans, after the first caching, I save and load, there is again a cache ...After exiting the game, I go back to the navigation cache .... I put only Promod and balkans!

I also see the navigation cache issue with the minimal PM+PB combination, no other mods active.

I don´t have any navigation cache issues!
In my combo is Balkan above Macedonia Rework and both maps above Promods.
