So, ETS 2 had been running considerably smoothly on my PC. Perhaps it wasn't the best performance but it was playable and all, decent FPS and it rarely ever froze. Now I really don't know what happened! The game basically freezes every few seconds and there's nothing I could do to improve that. I lowered the settings but...no it still freezes all the time. Maybe the last update made it impossible for the game to run on my PC, I've no idea. The curious thing is that I get very decent FPS, it's just that the game freezes pretty much continously. So, this is my setup, could anybody help me with what I could improve to make ETS 2 playable again? Or it's not even worth it and it'd be better to buy a new PC altogether? I'm asking cause I don't wanna give up on playing ETS 2, I really enjoy it.

There's two of them, C with 17.6 free out of 111GB and D with 335 free of 465 GB.

I was asking more about the technology of your drive(s)... are they HDD or SSD? What speed interface do they use (UDMA? SATA? PCIe?)
