I have installed PM 2.63, PR for PM 2.63 and Finnmark. I have suffered two crashes, one at the London garage and one on the Kirkenes Quarry Road.

unfortunately your log only lists a normal shutdown and not the crash. please upload the log file directly after the crash, it is overwritten every time you start the game
