I've been having the same problem since last night. I'm starting to lose patience. I tried again dozens of times until 10 minutes ago. How should I do??? I also wrote an email but I get a useless automatic response... Can we resolve this please?

Same issue for me, I chose the Payloadz option because I wanted to use paypal. I didn't see the message about the technical issue until it was too late.
Anyhow, after 30 minutes, still cannot download using the link sent on my email receipt when using either Chrome or Firefox.

I can confirm (as noted by someone above), that using EDGE browser works and I'm now able to download.

Went to download the new version. Got the DEF file no problem but when I went to click on then link to downlaod the main files got a message saying -

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access denied</Message>
</Error>

For those of you who are getting the XML - Access Denied error;

Basically what is happening is that you are trying to download too quickly after the payment has been approved.
It can take 30 to 60 seconds for Payloadz to process your payment and then to "activate" your download.

Because of the fact that thousands of people are hammering the service at the moment it can be slower than normal.

So if you are getting this error the most important things to do are;
1) WAIT
2) after one minute try the link again and press F5 or CTRL-F5 for a hard refresh
3) if that still does not work - try a different browser

If you are still having problems after that please create a ticket on Discord or [email protected]

Have you tried pressing CTRL-F5? If still nothing then create a Discord ticket or send an email to [email protected] and we will try with another solution
