Not all companies being replaced by TCP

Hey, I updated Promods with the companies and trailer add-on after missing out for some patches. I already looked up the load order for both and I noticed that not all standard companies from ETS2 are replaced by the TCP. I'm mainly seeing it with DLC companies not being replaced. Does anyone know how I can fix this or if this is intended?
That is correct, it replaces nearly all vanilla companies from the base game and the north & east DLCs. After that it is sporadic. The development is still ongoing though.
