come one guy get your head on stright. some people do not have any of the DAM DLC. i cant afford then. This is bull shit that we need to buy all DLC to use Promods 1.95. If i am bring rude i am sorry but i think you guys need to do more work for the other people. I am not happy with you guys right now. i did not know i needed all DLC and game keeps crashing. if i am worng i am sorry i take every thing back
The DLC is mandatory from version 1.95 and 2.0 upward.
If you can't afford it or have no intention to buy it all you can do is to stick to the older versions that are compatible (i.e. 1.17 + 1.91)
We made this decision for numerous reasons (richness of new assets, compatibility with other maps, singular development branch) but first and foremost because 99% of users voted they would purchase the DLC in a poll conducted several months ago.

Sorry but we can't keep two separate development streams, it's already an extreme amount of work keeping up with all changes SCS are making, doing it twice will only complicate things and create the risk of crashes. All other map mods are going the same direction too.

Although, it's pretty xxxxed up for the gamers who doesn't have DLC. I respect the fact that Promods doesn't want to work with and without DLC, but it isn't nice for the gamers without DLC.
I think the best of promods is that it was free, now it's not whole free anymore. But I understand the deciscion.

It is free still, we just say what we now will use DLC's ,but they work is still for free.... If you can't afford - play outdated 1.91v when we will play 2.1 and so ever...Try buy DLC's in STEAM Summer sale
