This is the kind of suggestion I'd like to see more often; information, polite and helpful. Thanks and I think I will add the company .Lugge-Trucker wrote:I am really looking forward to this Cargo Pack. Looks really great so far.
If I may give you a suggestion for one of the Scandinavian DLC's sawmill companies (Bjork and Sag & Tre):
How about adding Moelven Wood AB (http://www.moelven.com/en)?
Moelven AB seems to be quite a big company at least in western Sweden. Whenever I am going to the region of Värmland, I see several sawmills of Moelven AB in the regions of Dalarna and Värmland. They seem to be omnipresent in these regions and also in Norway AFAIK. Since their webpage is also available in several languages like English, German, French, Dutch, etc., I would expect, they are known europeanwide at least in the sawmill industry.
But it's just a suggestion, but I'd love to see Moelven Wood AB added in the Cargo Pack.
Have a nice day, everyone

Oh yeah, Moelven would be perfect for Sag & Tre!

I am happy you liked the suggestion.
When I travelled all the way from Trelleborg to our house in Värmland, I kept my eyes a bit open to find some other companies, that could be added. After some more research this evening, I will give you some more suggestions. So, here they are:
1. Thule Rental (http://www.thulerental.se): The company is part of the Brenderup Group, that is one of the leading companies in Scandinavia concerning the production of trailers. Thule Rental itself is a rental service, where you can rent trailers of different sizes for every possible "private, semi-professional and professional use". They have about 400 employees and three different manufacturing facilites. With a yearly turnover of more than 600 million SEK (more than 60 million €) and sales offices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France and Poland, they really seem to be a big company in Europe. I got all those pieces of information from their webpage which is only available in the three Scandinavian languages, so it would be great if a native speaker of one of these languages could recheck those pieces of information, because my Swedish is only on a basic level.
I would replace BHV with Thule Rental. Could fit nicely. And they would make nice trailers with their slogan "Hyr här - lämna där" ("Rent here - leave there"). I like this slogan
2. ICA: As already proposed, Norrfood should be best replaced by ICA. ICA is the most omnipresent supermarket all over Sweden. Whenever you see a supermarket along the E6/E20, it is an ICA.
3. Boliden AB (http://www.boliden.com): Boliden AB seems one of the biggest companies in mining industry in Sweden, so it could replace MS Stein or Nordic Stenbrott. Zinc-, copper-, lead-, gold- and silver-bearing ores are mined in Boliden's four mining areas. Boliden has a total of approximately 4,900 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK 37 billion.
4. LKAB (http://www.lkab.com): They are the owner of the mines around Kiruna, if I am informed correctly. They are world-leading in the processing of iron ore products and they are growing as a supplier of mineral products. They are a global player in iron ore production and selling. They sell their products all over the world.
5. MAERSK (http://www.maersk.com): I am pretty sure, you already have considered to add MAERSK to the game, but I somehow missed that. Nevertheless, they are one of the best known and also (of course) biggest companies in transportation. So, they definitely are a must to add.
6. Bring (http://www.bring.se): They are perfect to replace one of the transport / warehousing companies. They got a new big warehouse somewhere between Malmö and Falkenberg (unfortunately, I can't remember where exactly. Maybe some Swedish guy can help me out). Seems like they are also a big company at least in Sweden.
If you plan to add completely new companies, I would suggest to add Skanska, Fortum and SKF, all big companies in Sweden.
I don't know, if you already have some of them as replacement, but maybe, those suggestions are useful as well. Have a nice evening.

I really like your suggestions Lugge-Trucker, I hope the devs will consider them. I think Bring would be really important, they are one of the biggest players not just in Sweden but in whole Scandinavia (Bring is actually Norwegian) and AFAIK they are also present in some continental european countries (like France, Holland, Belgium). And also Maersk is a good idea.

AGA could be used to replace NS Chemicals...

At lest it's based in Sweden...

I must say Lugge-Trucker got some really good suggestions.
ICA, Boliden are perfect I would say but LKAB might be better off with a completely new company, since it only operates in Northern Sweden.
And one suggestion from myself is PostNord as a replacement for any of the logistics companies. http://www.postnord.com/en/services/logistics/

ProMods' Sweden plans and progress HERE
For Germans: Even though it might seem like something else, my name is simply another way of saying "cheese balls" in Swedish. Nothing else.

Maybe this was suggested before, but how about ADR-Haanpää for one of the chemical companies? http://www.haanpaa.com/ They are one of the biggest scandinavian chemical companies, and therefore a very common sight on the nordic roads.
