Nope sorry we can't have any variations in that. We could change the colour per edition but I believe it's mostly red anyways.

Maybe an idea to create the stadium white. Currently we have the issue that the allianz text can only be displayed blue. And the red colour should have a white allianz text. Something that is not really possible with the knowledge I have so far.

Here are my ideas. Ingolstadt would be great to add. Here you can add various industries. Of course Audi has to be there. In the northeast is a big refinery. Southeast of Ingolstadt is an airport. Here is the home of "Airbus Space and Defense Systems". Also is here the headquarter from "Media-Saturn".
It's mentioned in this post that Eastgermany has less cities. Maybe you can add Jena. I don't know whether this will fit between Erfurt and Leipzig (due to the scale). Schwerin might be a better idea to fit in. In the northeast there is perhaps enough space to build Neubrandenburg.
Then there are mistakes on the original map. The BAB 8 splits east of Stuttgart. The BAB 9 does the same north of Nürnberg. Going the BAB 8 towards Stuttgart you should go downhill (not uphill like it is in the original map). This is the same with the BAB 9. Going north it should go uphill.
Maybe it is possible to add a landmark. On the BAB 4 you can see the castle "Wartburg". This castle is close to Eisenach (west of Erfurt) on the formerly German-German-Border.
