The problem seems to be with my HQ being London, and the different icon (the starburst around the standard owned garage icon).
so far the issue is with buying trucks from dealerships and selecting croyden as the destination, also with relocating trucks from other garages to croyden. I havent checked the recruitment agency interaction or relocating drivers to croyden, but I would imagine the same issue as all these interactions use the same map, that can't be zoomed in.
