Hello,
I downloaded Promods 2.0 but something went wrong. After I downloaded the 7z -files, I tried to open them with WinRAR. That somehow didn't work. I deleted the files and tried to download them again. But now the files get .001, .002, .003 as an extension and cannot be opened due to damage. How do I download the files again but then with the right extension?

You need 7zip. No need to download the mod again, you did download them with the correct extension. You need to download the correct archivemanager

Did you do 1 or 2?

Copy 2.00 to mod folder
Delete 1.98 from mod folder
Open game
Enable 2.00
Loaded save.
2.
Copy 2.00 to mod folder
Open game
Disable 1.98
Enable 2.00
Load save
Quit game
Delete 1.98 from mod folder.
I believe you did 1. Which is wrong. Now the save misses the 1.98 mod files. (Which it thinks are still enabled, since you never disabled them)

What message do you get when you start the game? Do you get the message 'Game may be become unstable due to missing 1.98' or something like that?

You can just ignore them. Those "!"-marks mean something has changed. Which is correct, you changed the mods. Just load the latest savegame. The game will do an economy reset. And you will be at your HQ. Your last delivery will be cancelled for free. Nothing bad will happen.
