[Fixed] [#3502] [2.01] Rovaniemi, disappearing AI

Please, don't move posts to "Fixed bugs" if it's not true.

I reported 3 bugs in Rovaniemi. 2 of them were just little visuals, nothing important but the other one was AI disappearing on a roundabout. And it's not fixed. The terrain on the other side of the road was fixed but no that roundabout. Come on guys!

Great, it was missed probably as it had bug tracker number assigned

For some strange reason, the roundabout prefab had the No AI vehicles tickbox enabled. Fixed now.
